Note: EyeSafe programs in other provinces also offer online ordering systems and job forms that streamline the process for employers and clinics.
1. Employer Enrollment
Employers register for the EyeSafe program to make prescription safety eyewear available to their staff.
2. Job Order / Policy Form
Employers provide a job order or policy outlining coverage and eyewear requirements.
3. Clinic Visit
Employees visit a participating optometrist for a comprehensive eye exam and eyewear fitting.
4. Prescription Safety Glasses
The clinic helps select appropriate frames, lenses, and protective features tailored to eye safety needs.
